Are you experienced in residential conveyancing or plot sales and looking for a role that offers flexibility and a great team environment? We’re on the lookout for a friendly, organised Conveyancer to join a busy legal team supporting one of the UK’s leading housebuilders.
Whether you’re after full-time hours or a part-time role that fits around other commitments, we’re open to making it work for the right person.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the full process of new home sales – from sending out contracts and handling enquiries to exchanging and completing.
- Working closely with sales and technical teams to keep things moving and on track.
- Helping with the sale of part-exchange properties.
- Making sure all legal checks (like AML and source of funds) are properly handled.
- Keeping reports and records up to date and accurate.
- Supporting colleagues and joining in team meetings and training when needed.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing or plot sales.
- Solid understanding of the conveyancing process.
- Comfortable handling a busy workload while staying calm under pressure.
- Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
