The Role
You will join a highly respected Litigation team recognised for delivering practical, commercially focused solutions across a broad spectrum of civil and commercial disputes. As a key member of the department, you will manage a varied and engaging caseload, including:
- Complex possession and property disputes
- Title rectification matters
- Professional negligence claims
- Trust and commercial disputes
- General litigation and dispute resolution matters
You will also have the opportunity to support and mentor junior colleagues, contributing to the continued growth and success of the department.
Skills & Experience Required
- Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in civil and/or commercial litigation
- Proven ability to manage complex matters independently
- Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- A collaborative and proactive approach
