We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join a growing HR Consultancy team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide practical, commercially focused HR advice to a wide range of clients across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
- Work closely with Employment Law solicitors.
- Handle employee relations matters, workplace investigations, organisational change projects, HR documentation, training delivery and client support.
- Contribute to the continued growth of our HR Consultancy service.
Previous consultancy or professional services experience would be advantageous, together with a CIPD Level 5 qualification or above.
