THE ROLE
- You will be responsible for a varied non-contentious employment caseload, to include contracts, disciplinary issues, grievances, redundancy, TUPE, and tribunal claims.
- Supporting businesses of all sizes and individual clients with clear, tailored legal solutions.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to deliver excellent service.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.
- You will have experience in handling both contentious and non-contentious employment matters with confidence and technical precision.
- You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
