Are you an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor ready to take that next step in your career? Applications are sought from Corporate Commercial Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE.
You will play a key role in client delivery, mentoring, and business development, while helping shape the department's ongoing growth and strategic direction.
Advise individuals and business clients on a full range of commercial agreements, including:
- Terms of business
- Supply and distribution agreements
- Service contracts and franchise agreements
- Shareholder, LLP, and partnership agreements
Handle a varied caseload involving sales, mergers, acquisitions, company restructures, and corporate reconstructions.
Build and strengthen client relationships through exceptional service and proactive communication.
Play an active role in business development, networking, and local professional engagement.
