An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a well-established and growing legal practice in the West Midlands.
THE ROLE
We are seeking a solicitor with 2+ years' PQE who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking team handling a broad range of high-quality corporate and commercial matters. You will advise a varied client base including SMEs, owner‐managed businesses, and larger corporate organisations. You will be responsible for a caseload of corporate transactions, mergers & acquisitions, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work. The role offers excellent client exposure, genuine career progression opportunities, and the chance to work closely with experienced senior lawyers and partners.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Applications are sought from Corporate Commercial Solicitors with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.
- Strong technical and drafting skills.
- Excellent communication and client care abilities.
- A proactive and commercial approach.
- The ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a team.
