Job Description Head of Employment Warwickshire | National Law Firm | Leadership Opportunity This could be an excellent opportunity to join a national law firm in Warwickshire and take responsibility for a successful Employment practice with an existing client base and strong pipeline of work. The firm is looking to appoint a Head of Employment to lead an already busy and well-established team. You will take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and development of the department, working closely with the wider firm's leadership team to identify opportunities for continued growth. Managing a high-quality caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters Supporting recruitment as the department continues to grow Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm's national network The firm is looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor with the technical expertise, leadership ability and commercial approach to take the department forward. You may already be a Partner, Head of Department or senior Employment Lawyer who is ready to take on greater responsibility. A strong commercial approach and excellent client-care skills Above all, you will be someone who enjoys leading people, developing clients and building successful teams. This is an opportunity to take the reins of an already busy Employment practice, with the infrastructure and support of a national law firm behind you.
