THE ROLE: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing team and deal with a varied caseload of regulatory matters on behalf of a range of clients. As the appointed Regulatory Solicitor you will be advising on both contentious and non-contentious regulatory matters such as inquests, health and safety and environmental matters.
THE CANDIDATE: Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with up to 4 years PQE and proven technical expertise in dealing with a variety of regulatory matters. The firm are keen to hear from Solicitors who possess a real passion to specialise in regulatory matters and a strong criminal / advocacy background. Joining an established team with recommended lawyers you will be gaining exposure to a diverse range of matters and have a solid understanding of criminal and regulatory law. Newly Qualified Solicitors will be considered and will have completed at least one seat within criminal defence and / or regulatory law.
THE FIRM: The appointed Regulatory Solicitor will be working within a specialist team dealing with quality matters within a firm who comes highly recommended across a range of legal services. The firm can offer a highly regarded team, nationally recognised for its expertise with many clients commending the firm.
