You will advise a diverse client base on a broad range of complex matters including defamation, misuse of private information, breach of confidence, harassment, GDPR compliance, reputation management, and online content removal. Managing matters from pre-action advice through to litigation and settlement, you will work on high-profile, often multi-jurisdictional disputes while contributing to business development.THE CANDIDATE:You will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE, and significant experience handling defamation claims, reputation & privacy cases, confidentiality, and data protection matters. You will possess excellent technical expertise, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to manage complex claims throughout the litigation lifecycle.
