The Role

You will handle a broad residential property caseload from instruction through to completion, advising clients on matters including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • New-build transactions
  • Help to Buy / shared ownership matters
  • Lease extensions
  • Equity releases
  • General residential property matters

You will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload and build strong, long‑term relationships with clients, agents and other professional contacts.

  • Solid experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential property
