• Applications are sought from Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 Years PQE looking for a new challenge.
• You will be responsible for drafting comprehensive contract report letters for new development sites and individual sales, along with clear, accurate conveyancing search report letters for clients.
• Reviewing development documentation to ensure suitability for residential sales and mortgage lender security requirements.
• Providing expert guidance on technical legal issues, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk across the department.
• You will have strong working knowledge of case management systems, HM Land Registry portal, and online conveyancing platforms.
• You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both clients and colleagues effectively.
