You will play an integral role in supporting a busy residential conveyancing team by providing timely, accurate and practical legal advice across a wide variety of new homes matters.

This is an exciting new role for a Technical Support Lawyer to join a friendly and supportive team. Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 Years PQE.

  • Highly knowledgeable in conveyancing law and practice, including title examination, mortgage security, and new build developments.
  • You will draft and review comprehensive contract and search report letters for new-build developments and residential sales.
  • Skilled at identifying and advising on risk, compliance, and complex technical issues.
  • A strong communicator, capable of supporting and mentoring other team members with clarity and confidence.
