Technical Support Lawyer (New Homes), 5+ Years PQE, Remote / Hybrid, £Competitive – An exciting new role for a Technical Support Lawyer to join a friendly and supportive team. JOB REF:0610
THE ROLE:
• As a Technical Support Lawyer, you will play an integral role in supporting a busy residential conveyancing team by providing timely, accurate and practical legal advice across a wide variety of new homes matters.
• Draft and review comprehensive contract and search report letters for new-build developments and residential sales
• Examine development documentation to ensure suitability for property transactions and mortgage lender requirements
• Contribute to a collaborative environment where your technical knowledge helps drive consistency and excellence
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• A qualified solicitor or legal executive with 5+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing
• Highly knowledgeable in conveyancing law and practice, including title examination, mortgage security, and new build developments
• Skilled at identifying and advising on risk, compliance, and complex technical issues
• A strong communicator, capable of supporting and mentoring other team members with clarity and confidence
