The Role
You will take full responsibility for the Commercial Property function, managing both the team and a varied caseload. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a commercial property team
- Managing a high-quality caseload, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and development work
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Driving business development initiatives and supporting wider firm growth
- Playing a central role in shaping the future direction of the department
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in Commercial Property
- Proven leadership skills, or a senior lawyer ready to step into a leadership role
- Strong commercial awareness with a track record (or clear potential) in business development
- A client following or established referrer network is advantageous but not essential
- Ambitious and motivated, with a clear desire to progress to Partnership
