Job Description Commercial Litigation Solicitor | NQ+ | Swansea | Competitive + Bonus + Excellent Benefits | Full-Time and Part-Time Applications Considered An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Solicitor to join the thriving Commercial Litigation team of a highly regarded and growing law firm. This role offers the chance to work on a broad range of high-quality contentious matters within a supportive and collaborative environment. The firm is committed to flexible working and is open to considering part-time applications, with a minimum commitment of three days per week. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, including: Sports law matters General civil and commercial litigation You will have responsibility for your own caseload whilst also working closely with colleagues across the wider litigation team to deliver outstanding client service. Managing a diverse commercial litigation caseload from instruction through to resolution Advising clients on a broad range of contentious commercial matters Working collaboratively with solicitors, legal assistants, and support staff Participating in business development and networking activities Delivering practical, commercially focused legal advice Applications are welcomed from solicitors with experience in commercial litigation, as well as those with a property law or property litigation background looking to broaden their expertise and develop a career in contentious work.
