The Role

  • Managing a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters, with a strong focus on contentious work
  • Construction litigation matters across both residential and commercial projects
  • A significant proportion of work linked to airport-related projects
  • Supporting the team by alleviating pressure on an existing heavy caseload

Requirements

  • Proven experience in construction litigation
  • Comfortable handling contentious construction matters independently
  • Experience across residential and commercial construction disputes
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Locum experience beneficial but not essential

Working Pattern

  • 4 days working from home
  • 1 day per week in the office (Tuesday)
  • Standard working hours: 9am–5pm

  • Ongoing requirement due to sustained workload
  • Immediate availability preferred
