The Role
- Managing a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters, with a strong focus on contentious work
- Construction litigation matters across both residential and commercial projects
- A significant proportion of work linked to airport-related projects
- Supporting the team by alleviating pressure on an existing heavy caseload
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction litigation
- Comfortable handling contentious construction matters independently
- Experience across residential and commercial construction disputes
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Locum experience beneficial but not essential
Working Pattern
- 4 days working from home
- 1 day per week in the office (Tuesday)
- Standard working hours: 9am–5pm
