I am working with a leading regional law firm who are actively looking to recruit an experienced Agriculture Solicitor into their Essex office at Legal Director / Partner level.

LOCATION: Essex

THE ROLE: This highly regarded law firm recognised for their agricultural offerings are seeking an additional Agricultural Property Solicitor to add to the offerings of their department. The appointed Agricultural Property Solicitor will be expected to business develop, network and work closely with the existing teams and build relationships with previous and new clients. The appointed Legal Director / Partner will have a wealth of experience of advising and dealing with the broad spectrum of agricultural work including sales and purchases of farms and farmland, agricultural tenancies, the transfers of farming businesses and sales of farmlands to developers. The successful Solicitor will be expected to contribute to the ambitious and strategic growth plans of the firm through business development and networking.

THE CANDIDATE: The Agricultural Property Solicitor will have excellent academics and possess a strong reputation within this area of law. They should have an excellent technical ability covering the broad spectrum of agricultural law. You must be able to demonstrate excellent business acumen as well as possess the ability to think in a strategic and operational way. This exceptional opportunity would be ideal for an experienced individual, who is keen to help to drive a business forward and continue to develop their reputation as a leading expert within agricultural law. The appointed Agricultural Property Solicitor will have at least 7 years PQE and a genuine passion to specialise within this area of law.
