Job Description Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary, Essex – £Up to circa £30k DOE – Are you an experienced Conveyancing Secretary seeking a new challenge in Essex? Working as part of the team you will be providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to the residential property team. JOB TITLE: Residential Property Secretary Working as part of a team, you will be providing administrative and secretarial support to the busy residential property team. You will be providing support to the fee earners and be preparing reports, legal documents and forms, audio typing, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, opening, maintaining and closing client files as well as assisting with the progression of residential property transactions. You must have at least 12 months experience working as a Legal Secretary gained within a reputable practice renowned for their residential property offerings. You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of assisting with post-completion work, general conveyancing administration and the ability to manage a busy workload while continuing with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
