A new opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor with proven experience in managing, mentoring, and inspiring a successful commercial property team.
Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE looking for a new challenge in their career. You will play a strategic role in shaping the future of the department, delivering high-quality legal services, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a high-performing commercial property team, providing guidance and mentoring to support their development.
- Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters including leases, sales, purchases and re-mortgages with registered, unregistered, leasehold and freehold commercial properties.
- Champion business development activities, building lasting client relationships and enhancing the firm’s regional reputation.
- Strong time management, organisation, and IT proficiency across Microsoft Office and case management systems.
