FAMILY LAWYER, 3+ PQE, HERTFORDSHIRE, 45,000 - 55,000 DOE – An exciting opportunity for an ambitious Lawyer to take ownership of a diverse caseload, undertake your own advocacy and build a strong client following, while progressing your career within a forward-thinking firm that champions professional development and empowers its people to succeed – JOB REF: 215305833THE ROLEYou will handle a diverse caseload of family and childcare matters, spanning care proceedings, PLO matters, private law children disputes, domestic abuse, Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders, divorce, financial remedies, and cohabitation disputes. With opportunities to undertake your own advocacy and represent clients throughout proceedings, you will deliver high-quality client care while building your own client following. You will also drive business development through networking and relationship-building, working collaboratively with colleagues to support the continued growth of the Family team.THE CANDIDATEThe successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ PQE and experience across a broad range of family law matters, ideally including care proceedings, private children disputes and domestic abuse work. Additionally, you will have a strong understanding of legal aid, experience handling publicly funded cases, and the confidence to manage your own caseload and undertake advocacy.
