JOB REF: 215305034• Advise developers, property owners, contractors, consultants and insurers on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious construction matters.• Handle disputes involving litigation, adjudication, arbitration, mediation, expert determination and insurance-related claims.• Work on complex matters involving the Technology & Construction Court and expert technical evidence.• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the continued development and strategic direction of the Construction team.• Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with 4+ years' PQE and strong experience in contentious and/or non-contentious construction law.
