Job Description Corporate Commercial Solicitor, 3-6 PQE, Hertfordshire, £60,000–£75,000 DOE. Your caseload will include acquisitions and disposals, MBOs, restructures, shareholder arrangements, joint ventures, and general company law, with responsibility for matters from instruction through to completion. Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with 3–6 years' PQE and solid experience across corporate transactions and company law matters.
