Job Description Private Client Solicitor | West Midlands | Full Time | 5+ PQE | Flexible Hybrid Working | Are you looking to join a respected and well-established law firm? A firm in the West Midlands is looking to appoint an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its close knit and friendly team. An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a close-knit and collaborative team at an exciting stage of the firm's growth. The department is looking to appoint a full-time fee earner to complement its existing part-time lawyers and play an important role in expanding and strengthening the firm's Private Client offering. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working autonomously, values high-quality client relationships and is looking for a long-term role within a genuinely supportive and people-focused firm. You will deal with a broad range of Private Client matters, including: Standard Estate Administration, together with some higher-value and high-net-worth estates. Lasting Powers of Attorney. The role is designed to allow you to concentrate on technical legal work and client relationships. File opening is managed by the firm's dedicated administrative team, helping to reduce the administrative burden and maximise your time spent on fee-earning work. A qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE, or equivalent experience, gained within Private Client. Technically strong across the main areas of Private Client law. Comfortable managing matters independently with limited supervision.
