An established regional firm in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join its busy and supportive department.

  • The appointed Paralegal will draft Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, assist with the administration of estates from instruction through to distribution, and prepare probate applications while liaising with HMRC and financial institutions.
  • You will also support the team on Trust matters, manage client communications with professionalism and empathy, and maintain accurate file records while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • The firm is seeking a legal professional with previous experience within a Private Client team, who is confident drafting Wills and LPAs and has a good understanding of the probate process.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and attention to detail, alongside excellent client care skills, particularly when handling sensitive matters, and will be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
