THE ROLE: Joining one of the UK's largest and most respected Housing, Development Regeneration teams, you will advise an outstanding client base of registered providers, institutional investors, developers and public sector organisations on a broad range of affordable housing transactions.
You will work on high-profile matters including acquisitions and disposals, Section 106 transactions, development agreements, grant funding arrangements, portfolio acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate support work and institutional investment into the affordable housing sector.
Working closely with colleagues across planning, construction, finance, tax and corporate teams, you will play a key role in delivering commercially focused advice on some of the sector's most significant projects.
