THE ROLE: The firm is seeking an experienced Head of Family Finance to lead a high performing team within its established Family Law Department. This senior leadership opportunity is ideally suited to a commercially minded family finance specialist with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service, driving business growth, and leading teams to achieve excellence.
THE CANDIDATE: The firm is seeking a senior family finance solicitor with over 10 years’ experience and strong expertise in family and children law. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading legal teams, driving business development, and demonstrating financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management. Experience working with East End client communities is preferred, along with a strong focus on team development and staff wellbeing.
