Significant experience in Childcare lawA strong understanding of public and/or private children mattersExperience handling complex care proceedingsExcellent technical and advocacy skillsThe ability to manage and develop client relationshipsProven leadership or management experience, or the ambition and ability to step into a leadership positionA genuine interest in building and developing a teamStrong business development skills and a commercial approachThe confidence to develop a new or growing practice areaPanel membership/Children Law Accreditation would be highly advantageous.
