RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER, 5+ PQE, HAMPSHIRE, 50,000 - 60,000 DOE – Join a thriving residential property team at a well-established law firm, managing a varied caseload of residential transactions with excellent opportunities for career progression in a supportive, client-focused environment – JOB REF: 215305797THE ROLETake ownership of your own varied caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, handling everything from freehold and leasehold transactions to remortgages, transfers of equity and new builds. In this role, you will build lasting client relationships, work closely with key stakeholders to drive transactions forward, and deliver an exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of compliance.THE CANDIDATEThe successful candidate will be a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Residential Conveyancer with 5+ PQE and a strong understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion. You will be confident managing your own caseload, with excellent technical knowledge, strong organisational skills, and a client-focused approach.
