eNL Legal Recruitment in Suffolk is seeking a Company Commercial Solicitor with 5+ PQE to join a dynamic expanding team. You will advise owner-managed businesses, SMEs and investors on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters while taking ownership of your own caseload.
You will handle mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, corporate restructures, business sales and purchases, IP and data protection matters, working closely with business owners to support.
