The role:
the successful candidate will work on a wide range of businesses, advising on a wide range of areas including:
- Business sales
- Acquisitions and mergers
- Drafting and reviewing contracts
- Shareholder agreements
- Franchises
- Agency agreements
- Business start ups the candidate: Applications are welcomed from those with around 3-5 years of experience. you should be a confident communicator, commercially midnded, and detail focused. you should also be able to manage your workload efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of client care.
