Responsible for a varied private client caseload including administration of large and complex taxable testate and intestate estates, estate administrations on behalf of national charities, preparation of wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, and inheritance tax. Deliver practical, high‑quality advice to individuals, families and charitable organisations. Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Private Client and Contentious Trusts and Probate teams. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Supervise and support the work of junior solicitors and paralegals. Contribute to the continued growth and success of the team.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Private Client Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years PQE.
  • Strong technical knowledge, excellent client care skills and confidence to manage complex matters independently.
  • Empathetic and professional approach when advising vulnerable and elderly clients.
  • Ability to supervise and mentor junior colleagues.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
