A specialist London boutique law firm focusing on defending claims against legal, financial, and other regulated professionals is seeking to appoint a Salaried Partner to join its senior leadership team. This is a rare opportunity to join a growing and highly regarded practice at partner level, playing a key role in both client delivery and the continued strategic development of the firm.
The Role
- Leading and managing a portfolio of complex professional indemnity and regulatory matters
- Acting for financial and legal professionals in high-value disputes and investigations
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Contributing to the firm’s strategic direction and growth
- Supporting and mentoring senior lawyers within the team
- Playing an active role in business development and profile building
Candidate Requirements
- Must already be a Partner at a law firm
- Qualified solicitor with strong experience in professional indemnity and/or regulatory defence work
- Established track record of handling complex, high-value matters independently
- Strong client following or demonstrable ability to generate work (desirable)
- Leadership experience within a litigation or regulatory practice
- Commercially minded with a strong reputation in the market
