A well established law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join their busy property team. You will be responsible for managing residential property transactions from start to finish, ensuring that every case is handled efficiently, accurately and with excellent client care. Your work will include reviewing and drafting contracts, carrying out comprehensive property searches, liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers and other stakeholders and providing clear legal guidance throughout the process.
