We are seeking an experienced Company Commercial Lawyer to join our specialist commercial team. The successful candidate will advise a broad range of businesses on high quality corporate and commercial matters, including:
- solvent restructures

- mergers and acquisitions
- corporate finance transactions
- wider commercial advisory work
Working closely with an experienced team, you will manage a varied caseload, build long‑term client relationships and play an active role in delivering commercially focused legal advice to an impressive client base. Qualifications
