The predicted salary is between 60000 - 75000 £ per year.

The successful candidate will lead the residential conveyancing department, with responsibility for managing 2 offices and overseeing the day to day running of the team. You will also assume responsibility for high quality residential property work, including transactions for high net worth clients that are currently handled at Partner level. This offers a strong pipeline of quality instructions and the opportunity to further develop internal referral relationships. The role will be primarily office-based, with the flexibility to work from home one to two days per week. In the longer term, there is a clear pathway for the successful individual to progress into the firm’s management team.

The firm is seeking a qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with 5+ years’ PQE in residential property. The successful applicant will have strong technical expertise across the full range of residential conveyancing matters and will be confident supervising and mentoring other fee earners. You will demonstrate commercial awareness, a proactive leadership style and a genuine interest in contributing to the strategic development of the firm. This opportunity would suit a Senior Residential Conveyancer looking to take the next step into a Head of Department position, or an existing department head seeking a stable, succession-planned role with long-term progression into senior leadership.
