The busy and well-established residential property team is looking for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to advise on sales, purchase, transfer of equity and remortgages. The well-established team is continuing to grow and the supportive and encouraging team nature offers a highly recommended work environment that conveyancers strive for!
There is also plenty of scope for career progression.THE CANDIDATE:Along with excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work to deadlines, suitable Residential Property Solicitors and Legal Executives will have proven technical expertise in running their own caseload of residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion. Ideal Conveyancers will have at least 2 years’ experience in dealing with Residential Property matters including sales, purchases, transfer of equity and remortgages.
