Manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and more.

Deliver high standards of client care and ensure expectations are managed regarding outcomes, risks and timescales.

Liaise effectively with all stakeholders including estate agents, mortgage providers and clients.

Participate in business development and contribute to the team's continued success.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with minimum 5 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
  • Confident handling a full caseload independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-first approach.
  • A strong team player with a willingness to supervise and support junior colleagues (previous experience in this area would be advantageous).
  • Keen interest in business development and networking.
