A highly regarded and well-connected Cheshire law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join its team.
The Role: You will be joining a close-knit and supportive property team, handling a busy and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, with secretarial support. Work will include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Easements, transfers of equity
- Dealing with some planning and environmental
- Lease extensions and related transactions
The Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive
- Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage a caseload independently
- Commercial and agricultural property experience is advantageous but not essential
