Residential Property – Legal Executive/Solicitor
A well-established and forward-thinking legal practice is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their growing team in Somerset or Dorset. The Role
- Deliver high-quality legal advice on a wide range of residential property matters.
- Manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, with the support of experienced conveyancing assistants.
- Work closely with internal teams such as New Enquiries and Finance to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Contribute to the ongoing growth of the practice through business development initiatives and by identifying operational improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify cross-referral opportunities and enhance client relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.

- Proven experience in residential property law.
