Job Description

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR, 1-3 YEARS’ PQE, DEVON, UP TO £55,000 (DOE). Be part of a highly respected and award-winning firm celebrated for its outstanding legal services and Lexcel accreditation. Enjoy a supportive and collaborative workplace with a generous benefits package.

JOB REF: TL0438• The appointed candidate will manage their own conveyancing caseload, predominantly involving residential matters including New Build Properties, Deed of Variations, Right to Buy, Transfers of Equity, and Shared Ownership.• You will also have the opportunity to gain exposure to commercial property transactions,• The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 1-3 years' PQE in residential property law.• You will be expected to build upon existing client relationships, maintain the annual Law Society CQS accreditation, and participate in business development efforts.• To apply please contact Theresa at eNL on or email with your CV, or simply call for a confidential discussion.eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
