An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join a reputable Cambridgeshire based practice and deal with a varied caseload of residential property from initial instruction through to completion. You will be advising across the broad remit of residential property including:
- Sales
- Purchase
- Leaseholds
- Equity release
- Shared ownership matters
You will have at least 2 years of experience in handling your own caseload of residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion. Ideal candidates will have proven technical expertise in handling their own caseload of matters including:
- Re-mortgages
- Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
- New builds
- Deeds of variations
