The Role
You\’ll work with a diverse client base including housebuilders, developers and landowners.
You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include site acquisitions, planning agreements, options, promotions, and plot sales.
You will supervise and mentor more junior members of the team.
Skills Required
Applications are sought from Residential Development Solicitor with a minimum of 2 Years PQE
Confident in managing your own caseload from instruction to completion
Commercially minded with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable building and maintaining strong client relationships
