Job Description

Residential Property Solicitor (Partner), Cheltenham, 8+ Years PQE, £Competitive (DOE) – This is an excellent opportunity to shape the future of the conveyancing practice, support the wider team, and develop lasting client relationships. JOB REF:0821.

THE ROLE:

• Advising clients on all aspects of residential conveyancing with a proactive, solutions-focused approach

• Managing the full lifecycle of transactions – from drafting contracts and transfer deeds to post-completion and registration

• Maintaining regular communication with clients and agents, ensuring updates are timely and expectations managed

• Supporting team members across the Residential Property practice when required

• Contributing to marketing initiatives, networking, and business development to raise the firm’s profile locally and regionally

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors with a minimum of 8 years PQE looking for that next step in their career.

• Deep knowledge of the Cheltenham property market and established local connections

• A collaborative mindset with the ability to support and lead colleagues across the team

• Strong drafting skills, technical excellence, and commercial awareness
