THE ROLE:The successful candidate will lead the residential conveyancing department, with responsibility for managing two full-time residential solicitors and overseeing the day to day running of the team. The department operates at an expected level of approximately 15 new matters per fee earner per month.You will also assume responsibility for high quality residential property work, including transactions for high net worth clients that are currently handled at Partner level.
