THE ROLE: Becoming a fundamental member of the residential property team, handling a varied caseload including freehold and leasehold property sale or purchase, shared ownership and equity, transfers of equity, residential tenancies and licenses and residential services for business. If youβre an ambitious Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer seeking a new role within a supportive and established team then this is the role for you.
THE CANDIDATE: The ideal Residential Conveyancer will have gained a minimum of 3 years' PQE and will have a strong working knowledge of all aspects of residential property law. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the desire to deliver a high quality and committed service to your client base. Dealing with matters from initial instruction through to completion, you will be a team player, eager to be involved in the marketing and business development initiatives of the team. The client is looking for an individual who will show strong technical competence, self-motivation and enthusiasm as a significant addition to the firm.
