JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer (Fee Earner) LOCATION: Norwich (hybrid working available) SALARY: £DOE THE OPPORTUNITY As a key member of the residential property team, you will manage your own caseload of matters from instruction through to completion, dealing with a broad range of transactions, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New-build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- General conveyancing and file management duties Working alongside experienced property specialists, you will have the autonomy to run your own files while receiving ongoing support and opportunities for professional development.
ABOUT YOU Applications are welcomed from Residential Conveyancers, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives and experienced fee earners with a strong background in advising across the broad remit of residential property.
You will have
- Previous experience handling residential conveyancing transactions
- The ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
