We are working with a friendly and well-established firm who are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave, starting in June 2026.
The firm has a dedicated conveyancing department specialising in all aspects of residential property sales and purchases. They pride themselves on providing clear, practical and easy-to-understand advice to clients across a wide range of residential property matters, delivered by an approachable and experienced team based in their North Wales offices.
The RoleYou will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload, supporting clients from instruction through to completion and ensuring a smooth, professional service throughout. Following an initial first week fully office-based for induction, the role will offer hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases
Providing clear, practical advice to clients at every stage of the transaction
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
Managing files efficiently in line with regulatory and firm requirements
Working collaboratively as part of a supportive conveyancing team
About You
Experienced in residential conveyancing with the ability to manage files independently
Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced fee earner considered
Strong client care and communication skills
Organised, proactive and detail-focused
A friendly, team-oriented approach
