OVERVIEW:
• The firm is looking for a qualified lawyer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive) with a passion for Residential Conveyancing
• You will have proven experience in managing a varied caseload of freehold & leasehold sales and purchases, new build, shared ownership & Help to Buy, as well as re-mortgage & equity release transactions
• You will have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Possess confidence to seek advice and share knowledge with colleagues to continue professional growth
• Organised, enthusiastic, ambitious, and motivated to deliver excellent results for clients and the firm
