5+ PQE, West Midlands, up to c. £80,000, to start as soon as possible, hybrid. Responsibilities
- The firm is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor on a fixed‑term contract to take responsibility for an established caseload, covering acquisitions, disposals, real estate finance and development matters.
- The role will involve advising on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including freehold and leasehold matters, reporting on title, preparing certificates of title and drafting clear, practical advice notes.
- You will also provide support on corporate property elements of asset and share purchases and sales, including reviewing, negotiating and amending documentation, as well as assisting with associated due diligence.
- Advising on development projects will form part of the role, working closely with colleagues across different departments as part of wider project teams.
- Experience of acting on transactions within the health or social care sector would be advantageous, together with strong drafting ability, sound commercial judgement and confidence dealing directly with clients.
- The successful candidate will build strong working relationships with both clients and colleagues, demonstrating excellent communication skills, effective project management and a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
