JOB REF: 215304490 You will manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision while supporting senior lawyers on high-value, technically complex real estate litigation matters.
The role offers exposure to a broad range of contentious property work, including landlord and tenant disputes, rights of light, restrictive covenants, mines and minerals, easements, boundary disputes, and possession claims.
You will draft a wide range of legal documentation, including pleadings, witness statements, lease notices, and other court documents, while preparing matters for hearings, mediations, and trials.
The role will involve instructing counsel, supporting clients throughout the dispute resolution process, engaging in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution, and providing commercially focused, pragmatic advice to achieve the best possible outcomes.
